Bradford (Brad) Ross is a people-oriented individual who helps clients connect with their goals and aspirations. Coming from a family that built and ran their own golf course in Indiana, he has seen business from dirt piles to a flourishing entrepreneurial venture. From Indiana, he moved to Florida where he graduated from Florida International University with a degree in History and English and returned for his master’s in Psychology. For 15 years he used these degrees in the field of education and coaching; teaching advanced classes at the high school level and Psychology at the collegiate level. He’s also a recognized coach in the sports arena where his love of both competition and growth in individuals saw many young people reach goals that were otherwise thought to be unattainable. While working in education his moves to starting and developing his own businesses led to an embraced passion for consultation and customer care borne out of both familial history and personal growth.

Brad is versed in the basics of Real Estate and his foundation on principles of honesty, integrity, determination, and dedication serve as guiding principles for his life and as the very essence that continues to make America’s CRE so successful since its inception in 1993. Continuing to apply these principles to his community interactions will allow America’s CRE to expand its presence here in South Florida.
