Joining Americas Americas Commercial Real Estate March 2007, Raymond Diaz adds over 17 years of business ownership, management, sales, marketing and real estate experience to the talented pool of brokers and associates. The years of experience have allowed Mr. Diaz to polish his leadership and management skills.  Work ethic has allowed him to form a frame of reference for responsible, customer-oriented real estate services not only for the company but for his clients as well. His ability to make immediate contributions allows him the flexibility to adapt and develop new ideas, which work in concert for the good of the organization, and the clients he serves. His hands on approach is reinforced by his continued commitment to personal and professional development. In 2015 Raymond was appointed one of 20 seats as a Governor for the Realtor Commercial Alliance (RCA) a division of Miami Association of Realtors. In July 2015 Mr. Diaz received a Master of Science degree in International Real Estate from Florida International University.  Mr. Diaz is committed to the investment in human capital, which develops and refines skills, and advances knowledge of the individual to create economic value for the employer, customer, and professional integrity for the business and real estate community.
