ACRE’s broker and president, Alexander Bernaldo, SIOR, and vice president, Michael Silva, successfully negotiated these industrial leases on behalf of the client, Gateway Southeast Properties, Inc. a California corporation. No other brokers were involved in the transaction for the 40,000 Sq. Ft. space; which is now occupied by TPLD USA, a distribution and packaging company. Transwestern Realty’s Carlos Gaviria represented the tenant, Goodwill Industries, in the 32,000 Sq. Ft. negotiation.

 

The newly leased spaces, located in Medley Commerce Center at 9374 NW 102^nd St, form part of a +/- 1,060,740 Sq. Ft. industrial portfolio in the heart of Medley, Florida. The multi-tenant business park has units ranging from +/- 5,000 Sq. Ft. to +/- 40,000 Sq. Ft., the bays offer high dock loading doors, ramps, and even FREC rail-serviced access. Other features include high ceilings (20’-24’), 3-phase electrical service, sturdy twin-t concrete walls and roofs, and city water.

Medley Commerce Center’s site is outside of Miami’s wellfield protected area, which unbounds the industrial work allowed to be performed in it. Its location also provides convenient access to highways such as the Palmetto Expressway, Florida Turnpike, and I-75, as well as being in close proximity to the Dolphin Expressway and Miami International Airport.
