Americas CRE is undergoing an expansion and we are seeking two (2) – driven, entrepreneurial, and capable sales professionals to join our real estate team. We offer significant earning potential to candidates who are entrepreneurial, motivated, eager to learn and ready to earn. Through our unparalleled training and mentorship program, you will master the art of Commercial Real Estate sales while working with amazing people in a dynamic culture. Real Estate experience is necessary. Coach-ability is required.

Position # 1

  • Experienced Licensed Real Estate Agent
  • Knowledgeable and have experience in commercial real estate
  • Bilingual – Spanish/English
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe)
  • Meeting with potential clients that desire to buy or sell their home

Position # 2

  • Licensed Real Estate Agent (No experienced required)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual – Spanish/English
  • Entrepreneurial drive
  • Ability to make and keep relationships
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe)
  • Desire to be on a team of positive, success-minded individuals
  • Be coachable – Our mentorship program enables new agents to learn from the best in the business in personal, one-on-one relationships
  • Training – Our training program prepares newer team members for their career in commercial real estate. Our training is thorough and covers real estate sales, with lots of discussions, online work, role-playing, and analysis

Your Responsibilities and Daily Activity should look like:

  • Prospecting
  • Client follow-up and CRM management
  • Guiding clients throughout the real estate transaction
  • Connect with clients via phone, email, and social media
  • Advise clients and contacts on the real estate market, trends, programs, etc.
  • Collect and distribute information concerning the need to buy or sell commercial real estate
  • Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale
  • Utilize technology to manage a database of customers and prospects
  • Assist potential clients with financial decisions concerning real estate
  • Assist in the marketing of real estate for sale
  • Assessing property values through market analysis
  • Negotiating top dollar for clients
  • Effective/frequent communication on daily / weekly basis
  • Staying in tune with current market conditions/trends
  • Applying a consultative sales approach
  • Researching ownership records, market data, and industry trends
  • Prospecting new client relationships and referral sources
  • Attending networking and industry events
  • Presenting marketing proposals to clients
  • Negotiating exclusive listing agreements
  • Marketing exclusive listings to qualified buyers and negotiating offers
  • Advising clients on their individualized real estate investment strategies
